Recruitment Specialist/人事招聘经理
Job Responsibilities:
-Support key positions recruitment based on company needs, with a focus on core roles.
-Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
-Maintain a high-end talent pool and proactively source candidates with backgrounds in quantitative finance, fintech, top-tier universities, or hedge funds.
-Stay updated on talent market trends in the quantitative industry and optimize recruitment channels.
-Assist in promoting employer branding to enhance the company's appeal in the fintech and quantitative sectors.
-Participate in other HR modules to support organizational development.
岗位职责
1. 根据公司需求,重点支持核心岗位的招聘;
2. 能独立完成全流程招聘;
3. 维护高端人才库,主动挖掘量化、金融科技、顶尖高校和对冲基金背景的人才;
4. 了解量化行业人才市场动态,优化招聘渠道;
5. 协助推动雇主品牌建设,提升公司在金融科技和量化行业的人才吸引力;
6. 参与人力资源其他模块工作,支持组织发展。
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
-3-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in financial institutions, quantitative, or technology sectors.
-Familiarity with competency models for technical roles (e.g., quantitative trading, investment research, IT) and ability to communicate effectively with business units.
-Extensive recruitment channels and headhunting resources, with expertise in sourcing and negotiating with senior-level talent.
-Strong resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and meet recruitment targets.
-Proficiency in English is preferred, with the ability to support overseas talent acquisition.
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理学或相关专业优先。
2. 3 - 5年招聘经验,至少 2 年在金融机构 / 量化 / 科技等领域招聘经验;
3. 熟悉量化交易、投研、IT 等技术岗位的能力模型,能够和业务部门高效沟通;
4. 有丰富的招聘渠道和猎头资源,擅长高端人才的寻访和谈判;
5. 抗压能力强,能在快节奏、高标准的环境下完成招聘目标;
6. 英语流利是加分项。
