Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and mission-driven Product Manager to lead the creation of a next-generation AI Agent in Crypto Investment for global retail investors. This product will simplify access to digital assets (spanning spot trading, futures, DeFi, and tokenized assets) to deliver an intelligent, trusted, and seamless investment experience for global retail investors. You will operate at the intersection of AI, Web3, and user experience design, driving product vision, user journeys, and execution. The goal is to build a “personal crypto investment AI companion” that educates investors, delivers signals, and executes strategies automatically. Key Responsibilities • Define the product vision and roadmap across spot, derivatives, DeFi, and tokenized assets. • Conduct in-depth user research, focusing on beginner and mid-level crypto investors, and translate insights into clear product features and specifications. • Collaborate with AI/LLM engineers and quant/research teams to integrate large language models with crypto investment logic, creating trustworthy and interactive experiences. • Lead the 0-to-1 product build, aligning engineering, design, trading, compliance, and marketing. • Deliver a full investment experience loop: market and on-chain insights, asset recommendations, portfolio management, post-investment tracking, risk alerts, and education. • Ensure a good balance between growth objectives and compliance requirements (eg. direct financial advice, trade execution, KYC, AML, MiCA, Travel Rule, etc.). • Establish and track key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion. Core Requirements • 7–10 years of Product Management experience; background in crypto, Web3, fintech, or consumer products strongly preferred. • Deep understanding of crypto user behaviour across CEXs, DEXs, DeFi protocols, and tokenized assets. • Familiar with the Telegram bot ecosystem and its applications in trading, community building, and information delivery. • Hands-on experience with blockchain data APIs, exchange APIs, DeFi APIs, wallet integrations, or on-chain analytics. • Experience in LLMs or AI Agents is a strong plus. • Highly user-centric, and able to set clear product direction based on a deep analysis of users’ behavioural data and feedback. • Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills. • Passion for financial inclusion, crypto adoption, investor education, and compliance. What Will Set You Apart • Prior working experience at a CEX or DEX (e.g. Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Uniswap, SushiSwap, MetaMask, dYdX, 1inch). • Familiarity with fintech and crypto compliance frameworks, including KYC/AML, smart contract security, risk management, and disclosure mechanisms. • Degree from a leading global university. • Professional experience at top tech, fintech, or crypto unicorns. • UI/UX design expertise and experience with mobile Web3 products or viral consumer apps. • Proficiency with on-chain analytics platforms (Glassnode, Dune, Nansen) and market data sources (CCXT, Messari, CoinGecko, Kaiko). Ability to work with secondary exchange perpetuals, CME crypto derivatives, spot data (Tardis), options, and social media data (Twitter). • Strong project leadership and execution capabilities. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
