-This position is in charge of fulfilling recruitment needs for business expanding, opportunity to approach the whole recruitment cycle in FAST growing environment.
-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business strategy and requirements for candidates.
-Responsible for sourcing candidates from all the channels, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management.
-Utilizing comprehensive and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
-Good communication with candidates and focus on creating candidate experience during the whole process.
-Taking part in other global and regional TA projects.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
-An experienced recruiter, with a strong track record of timely feedback and follow-up as well as commercial sense of recruitment changes in market.
-You have basic knowledge about AI Technology, 互联网底层开发, hedge fund industries.
