Manager, Trust & Safety Operations
As the Manager of Trust & Safety Operations, you will manage the organization's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. You will also oversee operational processes, build and manage the team, and work to improve operations continuously. This is a working manager role, who will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of operational strategies. This role will be critical in managing and resolving escalations and high-impact incidents affecting our users, platform, support agents, and third-party partners. You will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure rapid response to minimize the impact on customers and business operations, maintaining high reliability and service quality.
You Will:
-Supervise and lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and implement operational policies and procedures.
-Coordinate the incident response activities, gather the response team, and set up a virtual command center for communication and collaboration. Due to its potential impact, critical decisions must be made to classify the incident, and be willing to participate in on-call support for incident management issues.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, process integration, and foster a collaborative work environment.
-Act as a liaison between different departments, upper management, and onsite staff to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
-Lead end-to-end BPO team operations, including workflow design, cross-functional coordination, onsite support, to ensure high-quality and stable service delivery across outsourced partners.
You Have:
-You must have a Bachelor's, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent work experience in operations or incident management.
-Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Meticulous attention to detail. Possess the drive and ability to achieve the highest level of efficiency from the process.
-Ability to adapt, multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment.
-In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations pertaining to content moderation and abuse prevention.
-Prior experience (1+ years) in managing teams focused on safety operations or content moderation.
