岗位职责:
1)负责办公室 PC、会议室及周边影音设备的安装、维护和日常支持,包括软件和硬件;
2)负责办公室 IT 设备和耗材的采购、资产管理、库存管理;
3)负责各类应用系统的日常用户支持,包括用户账号和权限管理;
4)参与各类 IT 及弱电项目;
5)参与跨组织的日常 IT 服务台支持与协调工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and daily support of office PCs, conference room and audio-visual (AV) systems, covering both hardware and software;
2) Manage the procurement, asset management, and inventory control of IT equipment and consumables;
3) Provide daily end-user support for various application systems, including user account and access rights management;
4) Participate in various IT and low-voltage systems projects;
5) Contributing to daily IT helpdesk support and coordination across the organization.
职位要求
任职要求:
1)全日制本科或以上学历,计算机相关专业优先;
2)具备 helpdesk 相关技术支持工作经验,熟悉 IT support 知识,例如 windows/MacOS 配置、PC硬件排障以及office套件支持等;
3)具备网络和服务器端基础设施的基本知识;
4)学习和归纳总结,具备对开放性问题进行独立调研和查找解决方案的能力;
5)具备良好的英语及普通话的书面和口语能力。
Requirements:
1) Full-time Bachelor's degree or above; degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred;
2) Relevant working experience in Helpdesk Support Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows and MacOS configuration, PC hardware troubleshooting , and Microsoft Office Suite support;
3) Possess foundational knowledge of network and server side infrastructure;
4) Strong learning agility and analytical skills, with the ability to independently research and identify solutions for open-ended problems;
5) Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
