Responsibilities
● Working closely with hiring managers to build a comprehensive understanding of their
needs and to lead multiple unique searches.
● Clearly communicating to candidates and external recruiting partners our Employee
Value Proposition.
● Leveraging our applicant tracking system and other recruitment-related applications
to source and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
● Managing campus recruiting activities, including liaising with universities, coordinating
internships and placements and act as the primary point of contact for interns/grads.
● Scheduling interviews and coordinating travel for visiting candidates as needed.
● Regularly liaising with other our recruiting team members globally to share best
practice and ideas that may be leveraged in other locations.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
● At least 3 years experience in a recruiting role, ideally with at least 2 years in an internal
recruiting role managing end-to-end recruitment
● Knowledge of HR recruiting systems (Greenhouse a plus) and HRIS (Workday a plus)
● Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
● Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
● Strong active listening and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
● Resilient, able to work independently, multi-task and work under conflicting deadlines
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of
the company, including employees, management, and senior stakeholders
● Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions across multiple locations
(Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India preferred)
● Campus recruiting experience, with experience in China a plus
● Experience in managing company’s WeChat Service Account is a plus
