As a Senior Strategy Analyst, your mission will be to solve high-value and high-complexity problems within the company, focusing primarily on Top of Funnel and Transformation topics. You will also be responsible for: - Supporting the development/review of our Commercial Strategy by understanding market segment potentials and risks. - Supporting yearly financial budgets, recurrent forecasts, and sales planning. - The professional will also help João in making strategic decisions for the company, including investment and divestment decisions, market analysis, and competitor understanding. They will need to understand how the company is executing internally by analyzing the organizational structure, finances, and performance, identifying problems and opportunities. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of the company’s commercial strategy, and the ability to connect strategy with execution. It will be crucial to communicate information clearly across different areas and collaborate with the team to improve results. While a macro-level strategic view is not required, the candidate must be capable of developing and implementing commercial strategies. The position also requires being the main point of contact between operations in Brazil and China. Main Responsibilities: - Connect the Curitiba team with China. - Generalist profile capable of absorbing diverse demands and connecting different areas. - Financial analysis, including annual projections, forecasting, and merchant analysis. - Support in building and analyzing commercial strategies. - Monitor commercial performance, focusing on training the team and developing content and tools to improve results. - Collaborate with Erika on CRM and platform analysis. - Search for Sales Leads and constantly update the Ideal Client Profile. - Support the development of the Commercial Strategy, understanding market potential and risks. - Ensure alignment between areas regarding the Outbound Strategy. - Support yearly financial budgeting and sales planning. - Participate in the Transformation Office and generate progress reports on strategic projects. Main Requirements: - Skills in problem structuring and data gathering. - Analytical mindset and insight generation capability. - Structured and assertive communication, both in documents and meetings. Key Differentiators: - Knowledge of pricing, discounts, and negotiations (though not a central task). - Problem-solving ability and understanding of sales and business operations. - Leadership, ownership, teamwork, and big dreams.
