The Role: We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team and drive impactful features on the platform. ln this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, conducting data-driven experimentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and platform performance. As part of this role, you will: - Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch review and iteration - Track the impact of newly launched features on the the platform, including competition and simulation features. - Conduct A/B testing to validate new product features and measure their effectiveness. - Partner with the engineering team to evaluate technical feasibility and cost-benefit analysis during feature planning - Wireframing and light prototyping - Understand the platform user personas, journeys, and core needs to inform product decisions. - Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. What you will bring: - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven product development. - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Plotly Dash or similar. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and user-centered design principles. - Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of interpreting A/B testing results and user metrics to optimize product performance. - Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. - Strong command of English (written and verbal) in a professional working environment
